Please note we do NOT add an automatic 15-20% gratuity to the invoice like most companies seem to do, as we leave that up to you. We want our drivers to actually earn a tip rather than just knowing one was added to the invoice.

BUT we are finding a lot of parents and graduates want to leave a tip but don't know how much to leave...

A very simple guideline would be no more than $8-10 per person. So to make things very simple $125 per person would cover everything, (GST and TIP). You can choose to be billed for this amount up front, or gather this amount from each of the passenger if you wish.

The larger units come with a driver and a host, for the safety of the grads. The host is always a crowd pleaser, helps with address instructions, can be a DJ for the group if needed, and focuses on the 20-30 passenger' needs while the driver focuses on the road.

If you decide to go with the Luxury Limo Bus, the price is the same, but you can have up to 30 people!
Rental Information: Please note, ALL UNITS ARE BOOKED OUT ON A FIRST COME FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. WE CAN TAKE DOWN YOUR NAME, BUT IF ANOTHER GROUP CALLS AND PROVIDES A DEPOSIT, THEY WILL GET THE UNIT FOR THAT DAY. We require a 30-50% deposit at time of booking. Full amount is due before the grad.

Rental Tips: From a parents'/ organizers standpoint, it is best to collect the full amount from each passenger upfront. This makes every graduate responsible to find a replacement in the event they do not wish to travel with their original group. This way, no-one is left covering the bill for passengers that may back out at the last minute. For insurance, safety, and comfort purposes, we do not overload our vehicles past their approved seating capacity. Please be careful of any company saying that they will allow you to exceed the seating capacity, as they are risking your safety.
